Fetch emails from other servers
Mail Server | Email Fetch
Using Easypush, a server admin can add domains from which mails can be fetched at regular intervals for specific users. This is important in those situation in which server have dial-up connections and hence they cannot be online always. So using the scheduler, a server admin can set the server to fetch mails at regular intervals automatically.
Add Server
In this, a server admin can add the domain from which mails can be downloaded. He needs to specify the protocol used in the server from which mails need to be downloaded. Then he needs to select a local domain to which mails should be forwarded and also an envelope to indicate that the mails were downloaded from the particular domain.
Delete Server
Using this a server admin can delete the domains from which mails were scheduled to be downloaded.
Manage Server
Using this a server admin can add user-accounts of the remote domain from which mails are downloaded. Server admin needs to specify whether it is a muti-drop account, Username and password of the account in remote domain, maximum size of mails, maximum number of messages to fetch, whether to delete the mails on the server or not and the local user to whom the mails should be forwarded.
Manage Scheduler
Using this a server admin can start a uscheduler program which will download mails from the remote domain at regular intervals. A server admin can either stop the scheduler to get mails from any remote domains or he can set the scheduler to get mails continously or he can specify time intervals during a day after which the scheduler will check for new mails in the remote servers or he can set the mails to be fetched from the remote server at a particular time everyday.
